Need a frontend dev to help check my code

I am creating a web application like Stack Overflow, but I’m facing poor performance and unbelievably slow speeds. I’m using NextJS and Tailwind CSS to make it. Also, I need to implement loading screens in my application and a hero page. Mostly, I just want to make sure my frontend code is functional.

Any help is appreciated.
