This is my solution guys! I am open for any feedback!
This might be a dumb question but my comparison method returns 100% match every time between my two generated organisms after I have called mutate() on the second.
After a loooong time debugging I have worked out that when my comparison method takes in the two DNA stretches, it takes two copys of the mutant one BUT I CAN’T WORK OUT WHY!!
Can anyone tell me what I’m missing?
