myCountry error

#1

I know that this is a little bit late, but on the lesson asking me to tell the console to say the first 3 letters of "myCountry", I think there is an error. I got the coding so that in the console it will say "myC" which is the first 3 letters of "myCountry" if I am not mistaken. When I submit the code, I get an error telling me that I did find the first 3 letters of "myCountry". Anybody else having this problem?

It is asking you to log the first three letters of the variable called myCountry -- that is not the same thing as the first three letters of the string "myCountry".

myCountry = "Gondor"
console.log(myCountry.substring(0,3))  // gives Gon
console.log("myCountry".substring(0,3)) // gives myC
