i have that problemm tooo!!:(persevere:

#4

Something went wrong in my reply. I tried to say I have the same problem and can not solve it, but I see 2 errors in your code. After Interests remove the li and under it you have a / after the u

#5

I figured it out and it's strange. You type < ul > then < li > insert text with no close < / li > then < ul > again and now enter a < li > text and then a close < / li > then a close < / ul > It is all in the last item under Stuck or Hints.

#6

In the first block of code you closed off the first ul. However, at the end of your code, you closed it off a second time. You will need to delete the first ul. Other than that I think your code looks fantastic! :sunglasses:

#7

For me, it didn't work until I inserted this absurd code:

    blehb
  • text

    • text

      blehb
    1. text

      1. text

For me it worked out after all four variants of lists. That's crazy :ghost:

<pre><code><ul>
        <li>Interest
            <ul>
                <li>text</li>
                <li>text1</li>
                <li>text2</li>
           </ul>
        </li>
    </ul>
    <ol>
        <li>Jobs
            <ol>
                <li>text</li>
                <li>text1</li>
                <li>text2</li>
            </ol>
        </li>
    </ol>
<ul>
        <li>Travels
            <ol>
                <li>text</li>
                <li>text2</li>
                <li>text3</li>
           </ol>
        </li>
    </ul>
    <ol>
        <li>Smth
            <ul>
                <li>text</li>
                <li>text2</li>
                <li>text4</li>
            </ul>
        </li>
    </ol>

Thanks dude, i was stuck there for a while. you saved me! much thanks!

#12

OMG, hahaha, really worked! CRAZY!!!

#13

Love stuck for almost one day and you saved me!

#14
<li>Jobs**</li>**
      <ol>
 	    <li>hand</li>
	     <li>blow</li>
       </ol>
vs.

<li>Jobs
      <ol>
            <li>hand</li>
             <li>blow</li>
       </ol>
 **</li>**

Closing listitems right behind "jobs" or at the end of "jobs" listitem seems to work in both cases. Is something wrong with first example and why?

#15

according to w3c standards your second options is correct, as you can read here. Which on it turns contain to even more extensive articles

#16

Thanks. Just noticed that in first option style would only affect JOBS, but I am assuming if I wanted this I would have to use <p style=****> JOBS </p>, right?
That is my mode of thinking...

#17

yea, if you only wanted to affect jobs you should do something like:

<li><p>Jobs</p>
      <ol>
            <li>hand</li>
             <li>blow</li>
       </ol>
 </li>

not sure that is according to w3 standards, i would have to check it.

#18

thanks, it helped me alot!
