My contribution is live but I'm not being shown as a contributor, why is this?

The steps below should ensure that you are visible as a Docs contributor

1. To get visible credit for your entries on Docs, you’ll need your GitHub account username added to your profile:
   

   

2. In addition, you’ll need to adjust your privacy settings so that everyone can see your profile:
   

   

3. Finally, log back in using the GitHub SSO:
   

   

If the above step to link your GitHub account doesn’t work, then proceed with the following:

Head over to linked accounts and make sure that your GitHub account is properly linked!

Please note that after properly linking the accounts, it may take some time for the page to re-render.
