My code is correct but i don't get the green mark..? why

The exercise wants you to return boolean values, not strings. For example, to create a while loop that loops exactly one time I would use booleans and write:

var test = true;
while(test) {
  console.log("hi");
  var test = false;
}

Also, return is not a function. It does not print strings passed to it like console.log() does. It can only return values from a function. Rereview this exercise.
