My account was PRO but after a while of not connecting it became regular

In the wake of school closures due to COVID-19, Codecademy offered 10,000 scholarships to Codecademy Pro for free to high school and college students across the world for the rest of the school year, and I thought it was a great chance to get a PRO account to learn new stuff, I started learning and because of some personal issues I stopped for 2-3 months and now the account is not PRO anymore. I thought it would last for a year I don’t know why it became a regular account.

If I remember correctly the free Pro accounts for COVID-19 only lasted 90 days.
If you are a student I believe there is currently a discount for students.

Could you either confirm or deny this @lilybird.

I received the same thing (free PRO for 3 months for students because of COVID-19) and the free membership only lasts for 90 days. The free membership lasts for 90 days from the first day you receive it. Even if you don’t log into Codecademy for a certain period of time, the membership is not extended for the duration that you do not use its resources.

You can find Codecademy’s Student Centre here where you can get access to the new student discount.

Ah okay i thought it was for a year, I’ll see the discount then thank you.
