Move it on back! need help

#1

please help, this is my code

pyg = 'ay'

original = raw_input('Enter a word:')

if len(original) > 0 and original.isalpha():
word = original.lower()
first = word[0]
new_word = word + first + pyg
print new_word
else:
print "consonant"
else:
print 'empty'

the error message says Oops! Did you accidentally delete the word variable?

#2

you forgot to add a statement that slices the string so that the first letter doesn't appear twice and you do not need two else: statements
