Move it on Back - Help!

Really struggling here!
This is what I have:

pyg = 'ay'

original = raw_input('Hi:')

if len(original) > 0 and original.isalpha():
word = original.lower()
first = word[0]
new_word = word + first + pyg
print word
print first
print new_word
print 'empty'

Please help me!

what error do you get?
it looks like you do not follow the instructions fe. there is no command for removing the first letter of the word in your code

It says:
Oops! Did you accidentally delete the word variable?

all the exercises usually demand that you stick to the exact instructions. here, you need to change the sequence of your lines - you should calculate your variables first and then you run an if statement (your code might be even correct, but exercise demands it in special order).
It should look like this:

and if doesn't help, reset the code and stick to the exact rules
