Missing Elements that are clearly there

It keeps asking for and h3 element in the third div, even though it is in all three of them. I even went ahead and to it completely out and it said I was missing it in the second division. I don't understand why it's asking for elements in the wrong section and asking for elements that are there. I copied and pasted what I wrote. Maybe you guys will see something I'm missing.

The code checker isn't always flexible. It sounds like it is counting divs and it can't find what it is programmed to look for. This could be caused by something unexpected that is happening earlier in the program.

If you copy/paste your code in here then someone will help you spot the problem.
