Missing DOCTYPE, but I have "<!DOCTYPE HTML>"

What am I doing wrong?

type html in lower-case

Thanks for the reply Sara, but when I skipped ahead to the next exercise it was written the way I have it above. HTML is supposed to be caps. Must just be a glitch.
