I can't get past this exersice, I dont understand it

It says "There was a problem with your syntax."

("Jon".length * 2 / (2+1) === )
{
console.log("The answer makes sense!")
}
else
{
console.log("Error Error Error")
}

#2

You arent supposed to have the double lines over jon

#3

The quotes over Jon in the first line

#4

You forgot the If statement in front of Jon and you forgot the 2 after the 3 equal signs

#5

Hi this part

("Jon".length * 2 / (2+1) === )

it's missing something after the ===

#6

("Jon".length * 2 / (2+1) === )
{
    console.log("The answer makes sense!")
}
else
{
    console.log("Error Error Error")
}

A couple of problems here. First off, you're presumably trying to build an if statement which tests an expression.

If statements have the following syntax:

if (expression is true) {
    do this;
}

Next, you need to provide a complete expression - you've written "Jon".length * 2 / (2+1) === but there's nothing to test on the other side of the === comparison operator.

Therefore, your complete statement should look like this:

if (a === b) {
    do this;
} else {
    do something else;
}
