For whatever reason every time I try to submit my code I keep receiving an error message telling me that I haven't set my h1 font to Verdana.

**Index.html**
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
	<head>
		<title>
		    <link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="stylesheet.css"/>
	</head>
	<body>
	    <h1>XXX</h1>
	    <p>Hi</P>
	</body>
</html>

**stylesheet.css**
h1{
    font-family: Verdana;
    color: #576D94;
}
p{
    font-size: 18px;
    color #4A4943;
}

@anubis8

Don't forget to close your title` tag.

thanks I just did and tried to resubmit it but I'm still getting the same error code so that doesn't seem to be the problem.

@anubis8

I think your code is right. Try refreshing this webpage see what it does.

#5

So I tried refreshing it several times and it still keeps giving me the exact same results. Any other advice?

#6

Please paste in updated HTML, CSS

I still see one problem: your paragraph closing tag is uppercase, this should be lowercase. For the rest, post an updated version of your code

index.html

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
	<head>
		<title>
		    <link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="stylesheet.css"/>
	    </title>
	</head>
	<body>
	    <h1>
	        XXX
	    </h1>
	    <p>
	        HI
	    </p>
	</body>
</html>

stylesheet.css
h1{
font-family: Verdana;
color: #576D94
}
p{
font-size: 18px;
color: #4A4943;
}

The <link> shouldn't be nested inside the <title></title> tags, it renders the <link> useless.

index.html

@anubis8

title tag shouldn't be wrapping link tag. Instead put it like this:

<title></title>
<link type="tex/css" rel="stylesheet" href="stylesheet.css">

Ok yup that was it. THANK YOU!
