Making my Mixed Message project responisive

I have been working on making an HTML page to link my script for mixed messages and I am stuck with teh mobile view. For some reason it looks tiny when I view it on my phone (but not when I shrink the browser??) The red result box also stretched up too high when I reduce the screen width in desktop mode.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
