test_1 should be true

test_1 = ( 1 == 1) && ( 2 ==2 ) // true

test_2 = should be true

test_2 = ( 1 == 2 ) || ( 1 == 2 ) // true

test_3 = should be false

test_3 = ( 1 == 3 ) ! ( 3 == 3 ) // true

#4

( 1 == 3 ) ! ( 3 == 3 ) - ! is a unary operator - it will work for only one operand. What you need is a binary operand, like one of the following: &&, ||, ==, != Think and choose the one that works and put it there.

#5

How about this?
test_3 = ( 1 == 3 ) != ( 2 == 2 ) // false
