I keep getting this error 'Oops, try again. Set the color of the a elements inside <div class="learn-more">..</div> to #00b0ff.

You have some duplication there -- two separate versions of a CSS rule that selects and styles your jumbotron div. You should merge those. The first one has a syntax error, it is missing a semicolon.
