Hi, I am unable to connect to codeacademy, have tried two browsers- firefox and chrome and cleared cache as well. Please resolve this issue ( I am starting Learn HTML).

Have you checked your internet connetcion? 
sometimes when I lose connetction it’s because the Internet got disconetted .

Have you tried restarting your computer and/or upgrading the browser (if there is an update available)?
There was one course that I never got to work for me (PHP) regardless of what I did, which I’ve heard has happened to a few others, but never the HTML course.
Restart, try the two browsers again, clear cookies and cache and if that still doesn’t work, try disabling any extensions and plugins you have.

It’s a way that applications keep up with session management online. Your computer automatically sends data in whatever format it was given to you to the website requesting it to make sure that you’re who you say you are.
It’s actually a pretty neat concept, really.
