Why the answer is language.length but not ".length - 1". I see that array has 5 element so the Ruby will be the 4, right?


var languages = ["HTML", "CSS", "JavaScript", "Python", "Ruby"];
for (var i = 0; i < languages.length - 1; i++){
console.log(languages[i]);
}

yes, but using < means lesser then, so lesser then 5. so using -1 will get values less then 4 (so 0,1,2 and 3) so then ruby is not included
