Lesson Error (Full-Stack-Developer-Course (7-10) mkdir)

Hello! I’ve been on this for 20 minutes and could not figure it out.

(Note: I would post many snippets but the forum says Im new, so I cannot do so)

So my main course asks me to navigate to a file

It doesn’t tell me much on how to do so, I know it states below how to, but it simply wont work for me.

Here is a snippet of what I’ve attempted.

cd 2014/dec
cd ..2014/dec
cd ../2014/dec
cd ../home/ccuser/workspace/blog/2014/dec
cd ../home/ccuser/workspace/blog/2014/dec/
cd /home/ccuser/workspace/blog/2014/dec

I attempted many times, refreshing the page, refreshing bash, but none simply worked. Could you point out what I may be doing wrong?

This is the link to the page

What about the second part of that instruction regarding listing the contents of the directory?

Sorry for the late response, I also tried that too, nothing worked.

The hint seems quite clear. You appear to start in the working directory of /home/ccuser/workspace/blog, you want navigate to /home/ccuser/workspace/blog/2014/dec/. Using a relative directory it should be cd 2014/dec followed by ls to list the contents of the directory. What order have you exectued commands thus far?
