Lesson 8 : can you swing it?

#1

Replace this line with your code.

#2

when should we use div p and div>p??

#3

because div p will target all paragraph nested somewhere inside the div, which includes the paragraphs in the lists. You want to only affect the direct child (the synopsis paragraph)

this is my code please help

#5

that will just take me to my own exercise, copy paste your css code to the forum, you should use div > p. Make sure there isn't tempered with the html code

#6

p{
font-family:Garamond;
}
div > p{

font-weight:bold;

}
span{
color:#7ac5cd;
}
ul p
{
color:#000000;
text-decoration:underline;
}

#7

there is no span in your html, altering the html code and trying to pass the exercise is not going to work.

the direct paragraph of div is the synopsis, which you want to give a color of #7ac5cd. The paragraphs which are a direct child of body, are the introduction and summary paragraph.
