The two link elements at the top of you code belong inside the head element.

In your neighborhood-guides div, the row should contain three column divs.

Hello again albionsrefuge: I must be really, really, realy blind. Here's the code I have now. Actually the way I originally had it. I followed Rae23's code with a microscope several times. I made your corrections an still came up with: Oops, try again. Add a

You shouldn't have a column div in your jumbotron -- that is unexpected and is confusing the code checker.
