I’m not quite sure I understand what your question is. Would you mind elaborating?

If you are just wanting to continue, all you have to do is click Run and then, if everything is working properly, just click Next. These buttons can be found at the bottom of the coding environment:

Yes sure. The “Next” button has no effect. The “Run” button is fine. Moreover, later I found that after I closed the browser, since I cannot progress on, and then load the Codecademy page again some time later, I can start with 2/13.

Like I said, you have to hit the Run button first and then Next. If it is not taking you anywhere, it may be because your code is not passing the SCT, though I’m not quite sure why that would be, considering this is one of the first lessons and I’m pretty sure all it tells you to do is run the code and continue.
