Learn CSS, Grid, Pupspa project, Task 12 (mobile page): why that row?

I hope I have linked to the project properly - I’ve only just started this!

Could someone very kindly confirm (or otherwise) the following to me: when considering which row should be the starting row for the information blocks for the mobile version of the pupspa webpage, am I right in thinking that the mobile version simply has a header, a banner and “about” before the address section? I see the hint given so I have worked back from there.

To test this project we need to break away from the environment and provide our own. Most browsers have device testing in the dev tools.
