Keyboard problem < less sign

When I try to write Less Than or Left Angle bracket( < ) into code area, browser goes backward one page.
Anybody have similar problem?

Please post a link to an exercise where this behavior occurs so we can check it out, ourselves. Thanks.

Also, please describe your environment; i.e., keyboard type, device type, OS, browser, as apply.

Its happenig in all code area with AltGr in combination with period and comma button. Keyboard language is Croatian, OS Win 8.1 Pro, Chrome, keyboard is Tt eSPORTS MEKA G1…

That keyboard looks to be a standard one with SHIFT for the carats, not ALT.
