Jumbotron

#1

I put this into the main.css and the program keeps saying this:

Set the height of the <div class="jumbotron">..</div> to 500px

This is what I put:

.jumbtron {
       height: 500px;
       background-image: url('https://goo.gl/04j7Nn');
 }

What did I do wrong?

#2

You have a small, but important, typing mistake there.

#3

I'm sorry but I can't find it. Could you please tell me what the typing mistake is?

#4

Of course. Instead of .jumbtron you should type .jumbotron.

#5

I tried fixing the mistake but it still says the same thing. This is what I put:

.jumbotron {
height: 500px;
background-image: url('https://goo.gl/04j7Nn');
}

#6

Could you please post all of your CSS code?

#7

This is it:

.nav a {
color: #5a5a5a;
font-size: 11px;
font-weight: bold;
padding-top: 14px;
padding-bottom: 14px;
padding-right: 10px;
padding-left: 10px;
text-transform: uppercase;

.jumbotron {
height: 500px;
background-image: url('https://goo.gl/04j7Nn');
}

#8

Oh. Okay I fixed it. I realized I forgot to put a bracket after text-transform: uppercase. I fixed it now. Thanks for the help!

Hi,

I am getting the exact same error as you. I have gone through my CSS code and cannot see what is wrong.

Here is my CSS Code:

.nav a {
color: #5a5a5a;
font-size: 11px;
font-weight: bold;
padding-top: 14px;
padding-bottom: 14px;
padding-left: 10px;
padding-right: 10px;
text-transform: uppercase;

.jumbotron {
height: 500px;
background-image: url('https://goo.gl/04j7Nn');

Please help me.

Thank you

You have the exact same problem as @hansmacs, you forgot to put a closing, curly brace after text-transform: uppercase;

#11

Oh, one of these?? "}"

:relaxed: Thank you
