I have successfully completed the HTML & CSS and the PHP. Is anyone hiring for this?

Probably not yet. Try building some projects on your own, outside of Codecademy, to expand your knowledge and get a better idea of what's involved in a webdev project first

The Pro projects may help you with getting out of the browser and making more projects on your own, without the "training wheels," so to speak, to build up your portfolio. Very generally speaking, employers often care less about what courses you've done (of any kind) than seeing a substantive library of work to your name. Their being able to see what you can do and seeing that it's high quality will count for a lot.
