It's logging the loop but saying it's not printing the right string

I didn't use the variable loop because I didn't see the need but is that where I'm messing up? Here's a picture so you can see the results as well. Thank you.

var loop = function(){
    while(count<3){
        console.log(count++)
    }
};
loop();

Well your as far as i know your job is to print console.log("I'm looping!"); without writing it 3 times. But currently you just set up the necessary framework (a loop that runs 3 times).
