It says my code for the hyperlink is wrong which is not (26/26)

#1

In section 26/26 (so last one in the course) I write the hyperlink correctly but the program says I don't have to leave the space between a tags empty so I can end the course.

Here is my code (without the first <):

Cuando fuimos a href="http://www.taringa.net/post/info/17583687/Como-eran-los-verdaderos-Vikingos.html">campeones.

The hyperlink actually works on the results screen.

I think it is a bug, so can anyone please help me?

Thanks!

Same here. I put in 'link text' as text for the url to be safe, but still nothing.

    <a href="http://www.codeacademy.com">Link text</a>

works even here

I am getting this error message:

Oops, try again. Did you remember to set your link's text-decoration to none;?

Here is what I entered on the CSS Tab:

a:link {
color:#cc0000;
text-decoration:none;
}

Why do I keep getting this error message? What do I need to change? Thanks

#4

try it without "link"

a {
color:#cc0000;
text-decoration:none;
}

@blogrockstar85003 No, @nathaliew817 had the correct code. If his won't work for you, refresh the page or switch browsers, but that's the correct code, and yours won't do anything to the to the <a> tags.

#10

Yes indeed, it looks like the problem had to do with the browser I was doing the course on -Firefox-, so I switched to Crhome and the code worked perfectly then.

#11

Just try to run the course on Chrome because Firefox does not allow to enter the code. I did it and it worked for me.

#12

Thanks, reentered my code in Chrome and it worked.

I switched from Safari to Chrome and it still isn't working for me, and I'm having the same issue.
