Can you answer that yourself by running that expression in Python and printing the result?
You may be evaluating it in the wrong order, if you're unsure then you should look up Python's operator precedence

The order of these goes "NOT then AND then OR". So

not not True or False and not True

becomes

True or False and False

becomes

True or False

becomes

True
