I'm stuck on this lesson
https://www.codecademy.com/en/courses/make-a-website/lessons/closer-look-css/exercises/link-stylesheet?action=lesson_resume

This is my code.;

<!doctype html>
<html>
<head>
  <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="main.css"/>
	<title>Sprout</title>
</head>
<body>
	<h1>Mystwood Publishers Ltd.</h1>
	<div class="hero">
		<h2>Sprout.</h2>
		<p>A book by George Bedford Daniel.</p>
		<a href="#">Read now.</a>
	</div>
	<p id = "footer">&copy; Mystwood Publishers Limited</p>
</body>
</html>
Oops! Something went wrong. Please try agian!

But the big poroblem is that when I look at the web browser it's blank and the only thing I can see is the address and the little spinny thing spinning in the top right corner. Is this an "It works on my machine" thing or are you guys having this problem too
Thanks,
Tori

White space is uncommon in HTML attributes.

id="footer"

although that may not be the problem. Just tossing this one out there.

I had this problem on some projects because i wasn't using google chrome. Once I switched it worked.
