After I take a quiz for a lesson (within a course), Codecademy gives me my grade. Is it possible to look back at my quiz grades later? Right now, all I can see is that by clicking old quizzes on the course syllabus page, I can retake old quizzes. But I don’t see how to look back at my quiz grades.

Unfortunately not as far as I know, no. Although I definitely agree that would be nice to have to give an overview of what you’re good at and need to practice.
