Is anyone else having trouble with this?

Every time I try and load the JQuery introduction it does not load the coding area and I get a message saying “Lost connection to codecademy” in the upper right. It has been an issue for a week but worked the first day I set up my account. I have tried everything I can think of to try and reset the account but nothing work.

Please help!!!

I have tried different browsers.

How would I get in touch with the corporate?

Unable to reproduce the problem in FF/Windows 7. Have you tried using a different browser?

Can’t really say. We don’t track problems on this side but refer them to the engineer team on the corporate side. Feedback is very rarely sent back.
