Interpreter returns 'None' alone. Only occasionally has answer with it

All exercised I've done, (up to 1.7) excluding 1.6 which executed 12, the answer, without 'None'.

Hi nirroc.

It's completely normal for the interpreter to say none because you have only assigned variable which is like storing a word or number or even true or false into a container, but if you wanted it to show the word in the Interpreter you'll need too add a another line of code which is the print syntax.

like this:

print("yourWordHere")

Hope you understand now.

This happens even when I have printed something. Thanks anyway

*Edit: even after the last reply this has done nothing to help...
