Have you tried saving the file in .html format ? I think that is all you have to do.

You will need to paste the complete path of where you have saved your file inside your browser.
for example if you have saved it to your desktop your URL inside your browser would look similar to this:
except for the name afcourse. Biirra is my name. Also the template.html would be different if you saved your file under a different name.
