In Desperate Need of Refunding

Hello, recently we have been informed that our billing has automatically rolled and we have been charged for this year. We did NOT intend to use this program and did NOT intend to buy Pro this year. We need a refund as we have not used the account this year and we are currently unable to pay the $239.88.

I have already reached out to customer service and feel that my request is being ignored. Please help me out here, we really cannot afford this.
