Syntax for a basic image tag is as follows:

<img src="penguin.jpg" />

but width and height can be manipulated through the tag

<img src="penguin.jpg"  width="200px" height="200px" />

as well as the text that shows up when the image is hovered over

<img src="penguin.jpg"  width="200px" height="200px"  title="This is a penguin." />

and various other attributes.
