If you have problems but your css looks right..like in the units 25-26

you can "cheat" with your html by putting the same options required in the css.

like this

<a href="www.swag.com"style="text-decoration:none;color:#cc0000;" >yolo</a>

in the unit 26

or

<img style= "border: 1px solid #4682b4; height:100px;width: 300px;"src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-iG51X3XlLeU/VZKFjP3KmAI/AAAAAAAAD4w/biIp9fnoIos/s1600/Thug%2BLife.jpg"/>

in the unit 25.

you have to mantain the css in the stylesheet page.

I did it and it works fine.
btw, I still dont' know the reason of the problem, I've tried different browsers (chrome, opera, firefox..etc)

If this works, and in stylesheet it didn't, there are two things which come to mind:
your link to stylesheet is faulty
one of your css selectors is missing a closing curly bracket.

To determine the problem, please post full html + css code. Also, i would put a space between the different attributes:

<a href="#" style="color: red;">
