I think the 11th HTML/CSS class is broken

exercise 11

it says "Oops Try again" and nothing else. and i followed the instructions exactly!

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
	<head>
		<title></title>
	</head>
	<body>
		<img src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/codecademy-blog/assets/f3a16fb6.jpg" />

	</body>
</html>

Try adding a space in the second image between the closing tag and the quote mark like you did in the first image

#3

it didnt work for me the image is next to the duck instead of under it. I also tried to add another body but that didnt work

#4

Whether your images can be displayed side by side will depend on how wide your browser window is.

What exactly happened when "it didnt work"?

#6

What I mean is when I added a space after the quotation mark like what was said above, it didn't fix the problem. The image I have is to the right of the picture of the duck instead of under it. Is there something I have to do to put it under or is my computer glitched? Do you know how to fix this? I read another post and someone said add another set of quotation marks on the value.

Okay I tried adding an extra set of quotation marks but it just made the image dissapear

#7

If your browser window is wide enough, both images will appear side by side. If you make your browser window narrower then the second one will drop down so that it appears under the first.

At this point, since you haven't learned about using CSS to position your page elements yet, if you really want to force that second image to the next line then you can add an HTML line break element. That would look like this: <br>.

You can read here that this isn't the normal use for that element, so don't make this a habit.

I am also experiencing this same problem. Please ttell me ho to fix this or i am doing something wrong .
Here is my code(only body part):

<body>
	<img src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/codecademy-blog/assets/f3a16fb6.jpg"/>
 <img	src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/codecademy-blog/assets/ninja_zpsa5dbe37a.jpg"

/>

First of all, remove the long space here:

So it'll be like the first one.

Then, try adding a space before the closing tags in both lines.

So this:

Should be:

#10

It worked.
Thank you.

#11

Thanks for the idea but when I tried it, it stayed the same. I mean like the image went below it but still a little to the right and it just said an error has occurred.

#12

Ok well, I typed everything in just now. The image was not below the duck but it still let me continue. Why did this happen?I had the same thing on my code as before but it wouldn't let me continue.

#13

I'm not sure why you are worried about whether the second image is below the duck.

#14

The instructions require the ninja or whatever picture is there to be below
the duck so I am confused.

#15

Okay, I see why you are thinking that:

Add a second image below the first one.

I would interpret that to mean put the code for the second image below the code for the first image.
