i would insert the greater then inside your console.log, like so:

console.log("Xiao Hui".length < 122);

you want to compare the length with 122, if you would have a simple math operation:

4 + 2 = 6

you don't put the equal sign at the end of it:

4 + 2 6 =

That is basically what you did, you the comparison symbol in the equation.
