var userChoice = prompt ("Do you choose rock, paper or scissors?") ;
var computerChoice = Math.random();
if (computerChoice < 0.34) {

var compare = function (choice1, choice2) {
    if (choice1 === choice2) {
        return "The result is a tie!";
    } else if (choice1 === "rock") {
        if (choice2 === "scissors") {
            return "rock wins";
        } else {
            return "paper wins";

        if (choice2 === "rock") {
            return "paper wins";
        } else {

Hi this part

else (choice1 === "scissors") {
        if (choice2 === "rock") {
            return "rock wins";
        } else {
            return "scissors wins";
        };
    };

should begin with the else if statement too

else if (choice1 === "scissors") {
    ....
}

@ragingamer333
@wizmarco

Even if it's the last option?

#4

yes because you need of the conditon so it can't be a else statement.

#5

oh I get it now! If you use an else if statement, you have to end with one. Thank you
