Make sure you put some text between and tags.

Replace this line with your code.
(html)<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
	<head>
		<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="stylesheet.css"/>
		<title></title>
	</head>
	<body>
		<div>
			<p><a href="http://i-v.tv/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/Ferrari-Laferrari-Front-Super-Splashes-Water-Car-2016-Azure-Black-Colors-4K-Wallpapers-el-Tony-Cars-design-by-Tony-Kokhan-www.i-v.tv-image.jpg"/>Water Ferrari</a></p>
		<p>	<a href="http://i-v.tv/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/Bugatti-Vision-Gran-Turismo-FrontUp-Super-Water-Splashes-Car-2016-Blue-Black-Colors-4K-Wallpapers-el-Tony-Cars-design-by-Tony-Kokhan-www.i-v.tv-image.jpg"/>Water bugatti</a></p>
			<p><a href="http://i-v.tv/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/Ferrari-458-Italia-Front-Super-Water-Splashes-Car-2016-Pink-Violet-Black-Colors-4K-Wallpapers-el-Tony-Cars-design-by-Tony-Kokhan-www.i-v.tv-image.jpg"/>ferrari 458 italia</a></p>

		</div>
	</body>
</html>

(CSS)
a:link {
    text-decoration:none;
    color:#008B45;
}

a:hover {
    color:#00FF00;
}

a:visited {
    color:#EE9A00
}

You look a little new to HTML, so welcome. :slight_smile:
In HTML, you only use the </> in the closing tag, or the second <a> tag in this case. So the proper format for it is...

<a href = "url">Text</a>

Simple mistake easy to fix. Good luck.

I did do the correct format
< a h r e f = " u r l " > Text < /a >

Sorry you were right. Thanks for helping me out. :):sunglasses:

Sure. And next time instead of putting spaces in everything just surround the code with ` on both sides. It'll keep it unformatted.
