I got this exact issue yesterday in Chrome and I used Firefox to fix. I got it again today in Chrome and now Firefox is also not working.

Update, I had my text-decoration: none in the div in CSS. I moved the text-decoration into a separate selector in CSS for just the link:
a{
text-decoration:none;
}

This fix worked in Firefox but not Chrome
