I like the colors–though they may be a bit bright for some people or others might not be able to discern between them.
I found this useful article about colorblindness & selecting colors for sites. Perhaps something to keep in mind for the future.

I also like the 404 page. Clever!
For the “About me” portion: I think you could add a little bit more detail about yourself. I mean, you don’t need to write a novel, but you could mention why you chose to go into web development and what value you can add to someone’s company if they should hire you (if that’s your goal, to get a job as a developer. I realize that you’re currently a student).
