I can't submit my code

Hi there.

For the past days, I have been trying to learn JavaScript,
but every time I want to submit my code the empty grey box doesn’t contain a loading circle as it usually does, and my code doesn’t submit, or when it does it takes a long time and finishes with a red cross with no error message.

Sounds like it could be a browser issue? Maybe try clearing your browser cache, see if that fixes it? :slight_smile:

I have already tried clear all browser data, using Microsoft Edge (yuck!)
Nothing has fixed it.

Codecademy doesn’t work well (or at all) with Edge. Try Chrome or Firefox. See this Troubleshooting Guide.
