Are you making notes when doing the Codecademy lessons? I find that it helps me a lot in retaining information and I can always look up my notes if I forget something instead of going through an entire lesson again. Also, try repeating the exercises from the previous sections - if you’ve done the Python loops lesson, do the coding projects again the next morning before starting the next lesson. The refreshers are important because so much is new and your brain is trying to understand and digest and remember all at the same time.
