I am not able to create a new folder named ‘services’. I have tried refreshing the page. but it won’t work.

Yeah i just spoke with an advisor. It is a known issue. current work around is just creating files in the main file dir (where your index.html file is). just remember to change your script paths to reflect this. Hope this helps till its resolved
