HTML & CSS Part 1 Help with Style.css

It's asking me to create a link to style.css but when I put it in it says did you link the stylesheet? I'm not understanding what to do.

this is not working ... it still has the same issue of did you link the stylesheet?... do we need to specify the complete path.....how do we know the complete path?does href , type and rel be in some sort of sequence??
