HTML & CSS, CSS Selectors, 11. Keeping it classy

#1

I can't figure out where I've went wrong in this excercise. Could somebody please help? I've copied and pasted my code below. Thanks

HTML:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
    <head>
        <link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="stylesheet.css"/>
        <title>Result</title>
    </head>
    <body>
        <!--Add your HTML elements with the class "fancy" below!-->
        <p class="fancy">Test</div>
    </body>
</html>

CSS:

/*Define your CSS class .fancy below!*/
.fancy{
font-family:"cursive";
color=#0000CD
}

There is no need to use quotation marks (") around cursive, and after a property (font-family, color), there should be a colon, not a equal sign.

In html, you seem to close your paragraph with a div closing tag, or the other way around. Either way, the opening tag doesn't match the closing tag

for next time, use one of the two following options to make your code/indent is visible:

select your code and press ctrl + shift + c (or cmd + shift + c if you use a mac)

if this instructions are unclear, you can also insert 3 backticks before and after your code, like so:

```
<p>visible</p>
```

the backtick is located above the tab key on your keyboard
