I had a question regarding the target attribute.

Like all HTML attributes, which are written with a leading space, the attribute name, an equals sign, and a quoted value,
target is no different. It's value is a little bit different, though, having a leading underscore.
Very few designers use
<frameset> any more so you likely won't see other values used. The above will open the target resource in a new tab or window.
