how do u start an HTML document
what do you mean? How to create a html document on your computer? You can create one with a text-editor (notepad, word) but i would use something a bit more designed for programming (notepad++, atom)
You can just save the files as html (you can find youtube videos about this)
or do you mean something different altogether?
